Agreement

By using https://www.pecancreekevents.com or by booking services from Pecan Creek Events ("Pecan Creek Events," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or book services.

Services

Pecan Creek Events provides custom balloon decor — including organic balloon garlands, balloon arches, balloon columns, gift balloon bouquets, and event backdrops — for events at homes, venues, and offices across our service area in the Coppell, TX and DFW area.

Quotes, Bookings, and Payment

• Quotes are estimates based on the information you share with us. Final pricing depends on size, palette, venue access, and any add-ons.
• A booking is confirmed once we both agree on the design, date, location, and quote, and any required deposit has been received.
• Changes to a booked design or date may affect availability and price; we'll let you know if either applies.

SMS Program

If you provide your mobile number when contacting us, we may send you text messages related to your inquiry or event — for example, quote follow-up, scheduling, design confirmation, and arrival updates. SMS consent is optional and not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies based on inquiry and event activity. Reply STOP at any time to opt out (you'll receive one confirmation message). Reply HELP for assistance, or email (enable JavaScript to view). Standard message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cancellations and Reschedules

We understand plans change. Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be confirmed in writing when you book. Materials, design time, and reserved date capacity factor into how late changes are handled.

Event Setup, Safety, and Outdoor Conditions

Balloons are decorative items and not toys. They can pose a choking hazard for small children and pets if burst pieces are left within reach. Outdoor installations are subject to wind, sun, and temperature — we plan placement accordingly, but cannot guarantee outdoor decor against severe weather.

Photography

We may photograph finished installations for our portfolio and marketing. Photos focus on the decor itself and do not feature event guests. If you'd prefer we don't photograph your event, let us know in advance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for the event in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, photos, and designs, is the property of Pecan Creek Events. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
